How I’m Going to Start the School Year

Armed and dangerous is how I am going to start my school year! It is quickly approaching although it has been delayed a bit for our school district. I am not afraid of getting COVID-19 or any other set of germs, but I am also going to be prudent to make sure my immune system is boosted. I certainly don’t want anyone to have a reason to jam a large cotton swab up my nose.

To keep myself healthy, I will be cleaning with Thieves Cleaner, diffusing Thieves essential oil in my ultrasonic cool mist diffuser, and taking 1-2 ounces of Ningxia Red per day. Thieves keeps germs at bay with its cinnamon, clove, eucalyptus, lemon, and rosemary blend. The cleaner will also keep germs at bay and help me clean all surfaces such as tables.
